Paul was great!!

Paul Sanchez helped my wife and I obtain our first home! Let me start by saying his knowledge about the valley helped a lot in making a smarter decision on where to buy a house. He was quick to respond and always available to meet up if we were interested in a house, no matter time or day! Once we started negotiations for our house Paul and his team made the process very easy. Specifically Katie who would contact myself at least weekly or to let me know what the next steps were in the process. If I ever had a question about what I was signing she wouldn't hesitate to explain what I was signing. So she definitely made us feel "safe" because you do tend to worry a lot about every little thing when it comes to buying a home! Paul, Katie and the rest of the team did great! I have zero regrets choosing them to help find out first home!

Paul was very helpful. I told him the area i wanted to be and he showed me several houses that fit what i was looking for. Kept me updated with new homes for sale and was quick to respond if I saw some i liked. Once i had choose a house kept me updated in the process. Any questions I had i could call him or Katie. Both were very knowledgeable. Made the process very smooth and simple. Katie was a great help getting everything scheduled and on time.
